The 360 deegre tower is 40m height and affers a complete view of the Karavasta Lagoon. It has a unique style.

The construction of this tower faundations was a challenge for our staff and machineries. The towers has been build in loose soil condition.

We have started the works for the construction of the Botanic Residence. This is a 10000m2 buildig in one of the most actractive areas of Tirana.

In 2019 we have finished the construction of this storage area of 2000m2 and 3000m2 square.
